Effective from 1st September 2024 until 31st March 2025.

These Terms supplement and are additional to Fergus’ Terms of Service. 

Fergus may terminate, update, or modify these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. All updates and modifications to these Terms will take effect upon being published on Fergus’ website. All updates and modifications will also be communicated via email to the email address on record at that time. 

1. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to new customers of Fergus Software who are at least 18 years of age and reside in countries where Fergus operates.
   • This promotion is not open to employees of Fergus Software, its affiliates, or subsidiaries, nor to family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition.
2. Entry Requirements
   • To enter the competition, participants must sign up for a free trial or a demo of Fergus Software and convert to a paid Fergus Software customer.
   • Participants must remain a paid customer for a minimum of three consecutive invoice cycles. An invoice cycle is one month.
   • Only one entry per person or business entity will be accepted. Multiple sign-ups from the same entity or individual will be disqualified.
3. Prize
   • The prize for this competition is a Yeit Cooler Hopper, valued at $350.
   • One winner will be chosen each month from all eligible participants who have met the entry requirements during that month.
   • The competition will run until 31st December 2024, with monthly winners announced up until March 2025 to account for the required three-month invoice cycle.
4. Prize Draw
   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible participants who meet the conditions outlined above.
   • Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw.
   • If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, Fergus Software reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
5. General Conditions
   • The competition is valid for new customers only. Existing Fergus Software customers are not eligible.
   • Fergus Software reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond the control of the company make this unavoidable.
   • Fergus Software reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms or who engages in fraudulent activity or otherwise violates the spirit of the competition.
6. Liability
   • Fergus Software will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.
   • Fergus Software is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may prevent participants from entering the competition.
7. Privacy
   • Any personal information provided by participants will be used in accordance with Fergus Software’s privacy policy and solely for the purpose of administering this competition.
8. Termination
   • The competition will end on 31st December 2024, but the final winner will only be announced in March 2025, after the minimum required invoice cycles have been met.
