Effective from 01st June 2026 until 31st December 2026.

These Terms supplement and are additional to Fergus’ Terms of Service. 

Fergus may terminate, update, or modify these Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. All updates and modifications to these Terms will take effect upon being published on Fergus’ website. All updates and modifications will also be communicated via email to the email address on record at that time. 

SIGN-UP OFFER

• As part of this Special Offer (“Bunnings NZ 2026 Fergus Promo”) businesses (“you”, “your”) who sign up to a paid subscription with Fergus Software Limited (“Fergus”), will receive 50% off Fergus invoices sent to you for 12 months. Fergus invoices monthly in arrears and payment is collected as described in Fergus' Terms of Service.
• To be eligible for this offer, you must select a paid plan and enter your credit card details into your Fergus account before your trial period expires.
• Eligibility for this promotion is limited to businesses who sign up to Fergus through a Bunnings New Zealand promotional campaign or associated Bunnings New Zealand marketing activity. 
• Existing Fergus customers are not eligible for this offer. 
• Only one Special Offer per customer.
  
• All other standard Fergus Terms of Service apply to your Fergus Account connected to this promotion.
• If this Agreement is terminated by Fergus following a material breach of this Agreement by you, no "sign-up offer" will be payable following that material breach. 
• This offer expires 31st December 2026.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other current Fergus promotion.
